About the Role :-

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:-

Screen and review candidate resumes based on job requirements.
Shortlist suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial profile screening and candidate assessments.
Connect with candidates via phone calls and explain job opportunities.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Assist in managing recruitment pipelines and follow-up activities.
Support the recruitment team with various hiring-related tasks.

Required Qualifications :-

✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or Last year Students)

✅ Good verbal and written communication skills in English

✅ Strong active listening and interpersonal skills

✅ Basic problem-solving abilities

✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word

✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

✅ Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

Preferred Qualifications :-

⭐ Prior internship experience in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition Sales or a related field

⭐ Graduates or postgraduates from the 2025 or 2026 pass-out batches

⭐ Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls

⭐ Strong organizational and time-management skills
