Facultyzone Talent Acquisition (FZTA)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the recruitment platform and services provided by Facultyzone Talent Acquisition, also referred to as “FZTA,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FZTA platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the platform on behalf of an educational institution or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

• Accurate Information: Users are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.

• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

• Unauthorized Access: Any suspected or actual unauthorized use of your account must be reported to FZTA immediately.

• Account Responsibility: FZTA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Recruitment Services

• Platform Role: FZTA operates as a recruitment facilitation platform connecting qualified professionals with educational institutions and organizations across the Education and Information Technology sectors.

• Independent Hiring Decisions: While we assist in sourcing and introducing candidates, all final hiring decisions, employment terms, and salary negotiations are solely the responsibility of the respective recruiter and candidate.

• Service Fee: A professional fee may be applicable, subject to the specific agreement executed at the time of successful hiring.

• No Employment Guarantee: FZTA does not guarantee job placement or candidate selection.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes or job postings.
• Impersonating any individual or entity.
• Using the platform for unauthorized data scraping, harvesting, or third-party marketing.
• Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• FZTA reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any such violations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FZTA shall not be liable for:

• Any employment disputes between candidates and recruiters.
• Loss of employment, income, or business opportunities.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
• The accuracy or reliability of job postings or candidate information provided by third parties.

6. Termination

FZTA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if:

• These Terms and Conditions are violated.
• False or misleading information is provided.
• The platform is used for unethical or unlawful recruitment practices.
• Upon termination, access to the platform may be revoked, and any associated data may be retained or removed in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
