Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

About the Role :-

We are hiring an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to work on a high-priority, closed-source application development project. You will design, develop and maintain scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :-
Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
Build and integrate REST APIs and MCP (Model Context Protocol)-based systems.
Write clean, scalable and production-ready code.
Optimize application performance, security and reliability.
Participate in architecture, code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer/Developer.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with API development, MCP integration and scalable application architecture.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment (minimum 8 hours/day).

Preferred Skills
Experience with React, Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git and Agile methodologies.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and AI-powered applications.
