The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development with expertise in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust or similar technologies, along with knowledge of secure software development practices.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend environments for real-world programming tasks
• Develop backend services and supporting code using Java, Node.js, Go, Rust or similar technologies
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Review code for correctness, performance, maintainability and security
• Provide structured technical feedback to improve AI model quality
• Solve programming challenges and document technical reasoning
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams on AI-focused projects

🔥 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development
✔️ Strong proficiency in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust or similar programming languages
✔️ Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
✔️ Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
✔️ Experience with debugging, performance optimization and automated testing
✔️ Knowledge of backend architecture and secure coding practices
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote environment

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Cybersecurity / SecOps experience preferred
⭐ Experience with application security, secure coding, penetration testing, OWASP, CWE or vulnerability assessment
⭐ Experience working on AI, data-driven or large-scale technical projects
⭐ Familiarity with code review processes and engineering documentation
