 🎯 Job Overview

* Role Title :- Online English Educator (K–10)
* Target Region :-  Australia
* Work Location :- Remote (Work from Home)
* Shift Timings :- 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST
* Payout Rate :- ₹350 per hour
* Minimum Commitment :- 4 hours per day | 25 days per month

📋 Key Responsibilities

* Curriculum Delivery :- Deliver high-quality, live online English lessons to K–10 students aligned strictly with the Australian Curriculum frameworks.
* Reasoning Excellence :- Actively coach and train students in both Verbal-Reasoning concepts.
* Exam Preparation :- Prepare learners to excel in critical competitive milestones, specifically NAPLAN and Selective School Exams.
* Student Progress Tracking :- Design interactive lesson structures, administer formative assessments, and generate clear progress reports for parents.

 ✅ Candidate Requirements

* Core Expertise :-  Deep knowledge of primary and middle-school English concepts, Verbal-reasoning patterns.
* Online Experience :- Minimum of 6 months of active online teaching experience.
* Classroom Experience :- 1–2 years of traditional offline classroom teaching experience is highly preferred.
* Communication :-  Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for an international student base.
* Technical Infrastructure :-  Must own and operate a reliable laptop, a Pen Tablet (Pentab) for digital writing, and a stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection with backup power.
* Preferred Profile :- Female educators are preferred for these active student batches.
