About FZTA

Facultyzone Talent Acquisition (FZTA) is seeking passionate, experienced, and student-focused Mathematics Educators to teach K–12 students following the US Curriculum in a dynamic online learning environment. We are looking for educators who can deliver engaging lessons, build strong conceptual understanding, and effectively prepare students for academic success and standardized assessments.

Position Details

Subject :- Mathematics
Grade Levels :- K–12
Mode :- Online
Working Hours :- 2:00 AM – 8:00 AM (IST)
Compensation :-₹450 per hour

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and interactive Mathematics lessons aligned with the US Curriculum.
* Prepare students for standardized assessments, including PSAT and SAT (Mandatory).
* Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
* Foster critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive academic feedback.
* Create a positive, student-centered virtual learning environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student learning needs.

Eligibility Criteria

* Strong subject expertise in Mathematics.
* Experience teaching PSAT and SAT preparation (Mandatory).
* Minimum 6 months of online teaching experience.
* 1–2 years of classroom/offline teaching experience.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Strong virtual classroom management and student engagement skills.
* Experience teaching K–12 students is preferred.

Technical Requirements

* Laptop/Desktop with webcam.
* Pen Tablet (Pentab) for effective online instruction.
* Stable high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet connection.
* Quiet and professional teaching environment.
