About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Expert to support the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity and financial modeling to create high-quality training data, benchmarks and assessments that improve AI performance in real-world financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Design technically rigorous finance prompts and tasks reflecting real-world investment banking, private equity and corporate finance scenarios.
* Develop gold-standard solutions in Excel and PowerPoint for model evaluation and benchmarking.
* Create and refine grading rubrics to assess AI-generated outputs in financial modeling and transaction analysis.
* Build, review and validate advanced financial models, including :-

1. Three-statement models
2. Valuation models
3. LBO models
4. M&A analysis
5. Sensitivity analysis

* Produce transaction analyses and investment materials with client-ready quality and detail.
* Develop and improve professional templates, presentations and supporting materials commonly used across IB, PE and Corporate Development functions.
* Ensure all deliverables are accurate, unambiguous and aligned with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Hands-on experience in :-

Financial Modeling
Valuation Analysis
Transaction Analysis

✅ Strong proficiency in :-

Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling, scenario analysis, model integrity checks)
Microsoft PowerPoint (professional investment and client presentations)

✅ Expertise in :-

Investment Banking (IB)
Private Equity (PE)
Corporate Development (Corp Dev)

✅ Additional Requirements :-

Proven experience working on live transactions, investments or deal execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to produce client-ready financial materials under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience evaluating or testing AI models.

⭐ Experience developing technical prompts, assessments or benchmarking frameworks.

⭐ Exposure to multiple finance domains, including :-

* Investment Banking

* Management Consulting

⭐ Prior experience creating training datasets or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives.
