🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineering & Systems Integration Lead to drive complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, systems engineering expertise and the ability to translate complex engineering objectives into structured, executable project plans.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Design and develop realistic engineering projects across mechanical, electrical, hardware, software and manufacturing disciplines.

Translate project objectives into technical requirements, constraints and measurable acceptance criteria.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage multidisciplinary technical deliverables.

Define project workflows, task dependencies, deliverables and expert responsibilities.

Drive system integration, interface management and technical coordination.

Establish and oversee verification, validation and quality assurance processes.

Ensure projects progress from initial requirements through integration, testing and final delivery.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Substantial experience as a Principal Systems Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer or in a comparable technical leadership position.

Proven track record of managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Strong understanding of requirements engineering, system architecture, integration and validation.

English proficiency at B2 level or above.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), SysML, and requirements management tools.

Experience managing projects from initial concept and requirements through integration, testing and delivery.

Industry exposure in Aerospace, Automotive, Robotics, Industrial Automation, Medical Devices or other complex engineering environments.
