About the Role

We are looking for highly proficient Dutch Language Experts to contribute to AI Training and Evaluation projects. In this remote, hourly role, you will review AI-generated Dutch content, create high-quality language reference materials and evaluate linguistic accuracy, fluency, grammar, and contextual relevance.

You will help improve AI language models by ensuring their Dutch outputs are natural, accurate, culturally appropriate and aligned with professional writing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated Dutch content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, fluency and tone.

Create high-quality Dutch prompts, reference content and model answers.

Identify mistranslations, contextual errors, ambiguity and unnatural expressions.

Assess formal and informal language usage and cultural appropriateness.

Evaluate and rank multiple AI-generated responses based on quality and correctness.

Provide detailed written feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Fact-check information and identify misleading or inaccurate content.

Ensure consistency with Dutch language standards and project guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Linguistics, Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Native or near-native Dutch proficiency, particularly in reading and writing.

Strong English proficiency (C1 or above).

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in writing, editing, translation, localization, journalism, content quality assurance or education.

Excellent understanding of Dutch grammar, spelling, punctuation and writing conventions.

Ability to identify and explain linguistic errors and suggest accurate corrections.

Familiarity with Netherlands Dutch or Belgian Dutch.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
