Are you fluent in Japanese with a strong understanding of pronunciation, fluency and linguistic nuances?

We are looking for Japanese Bilingual Experts to contribute to an exciting AI Training Project. You will evaluate Japanese audio content, assess linguistic accuracy and help improve next-generation AI models through high-quality language feedback.

No prior AI experience is required!

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Japanese audio recordings for fluency, pronunciation and naturalness.

Assess intonation, accent, speech clarity and linguistic accuracy.

Identify unnatural expressions and inconsistencies in spoken Japanese.

Provide clear, detailed evaluation reports and feedback in English.

Analyse speech patterns and identify subtle linguistic differences.

Follow established evaluation guidelines and quality standards.

Support improvements in AI speech recognition and language generation.

🧩 Required Skills & Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.

Minimum B2-level English proficiency.

Strong understanding of Japanese grammar, pronunciation, phonetics and conversational language.

Excellent listening, comprehension and analytical skills.

Ability to provide structured feedback in English.

Strong attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Background in Linguistics, Phonetics, Voice Specialisation or Japanese Language Studies.

Experience in Audio Evaluation, Transcription, Translation or Speech Analysis.

Experience in Teaching, Media, Communications or Language Training.

Familiarity with AI Training, Speech Recognition or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
