🧠 About the Role :-

Are you passionate about Telugu language, mathematics and AI innovation? Join an exciting AI training project where your linguistic expertise and analytical skills will help improve the accuracy, fluency and cultural relevance of AI-generated content.

You will create high-quality Telugu prompts and reference answers, evaluate AI responses, identify language errors and ensure content meets strict standards for grammar, factual accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :-

✍️ Develop AI training prompts and gold-standard Telugu answers across general knowledge, mathematics, education and conversational writing.

🤖 Evaluate, rank, and improve AI-generated responses for accuracy, fluency, tone and clarity.

🔍 Perform Telugu proofreading, copyediting, localization and translation quality reviews.

📚 Identify grammatical errors, awkward translations, factual hallucinations, bias and culturally inappropriate phrasing.

🌐 Assess formal and informal Telugu, regional variations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and audience-specific language usage.

✅ Provide detailed feedback in English to support AI model improvement and quality assurance.

🎯 Required Qualifications :-

🎓 Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics.

🗣️ Native or near-native Telugu proficiency, including reading and writing.

🇬🇧 Strong English proficiency at C1 level or above.

💼 3+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education or a related field.

📝 Strong command of Telugu grammar, spelling, punctuation, style and cultural context.

🧩 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain errors and recommend corrections.

⏰ Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality in a remote, hourly contractor environment.

⭐ Preferred Skills :-

Experience in AI data training, data annotation or AI response evaluation.

Translation QA, editorial QA, proofreading and copyediting.

Rubric-based evaluation, fact-checking and content quality assessment.

Strong analytical reasoning and mathematical understanding.

Familiarity with tone and register, localization, cultural adaptation and style guidelines.
