🎯 Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective IBDP curriculum-based lessons.
Plan and prepare IB-aligned lesson plans, teaching resources, assignments and assessments.
Apply concept-based and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
Develop students' critical thinking, analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
Prepare students for IBDP examinations and assessments.
Provide academic guidance and regular feedback to students.
Support students with Internal Assessments (IA) and subject-specific coursework.
Monitor student performance and maintain academic records.
Create an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to support students' overall academic development.

👤 Candidate Requirements
3+ years of relevant teaching experience.
Experience teaching IBDP / International Curriculum is preferred.
Strong command of the respective subject.
Understanding of IBDP curriculum, assessment criteria, and teaching methodology.
Experience working with Grade 11–12 / Diploma Programme students.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to deliver student-centered, inquiry-driven, and concept-based learning.
