📝 Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Backend Security Engineers to contribute to projects focused on training next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your backend development and cybersecurity expertise to create high-quality, realistic coding tasks that help AI systems improve their ability to learn, reason and solve complex technical problems.

No prior AI experience is required — your technical and domain expertise is what matters.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :-

💻 Create realistic and challenging coding tasks for AI systems.
🐞 Design tasks involving feature implementation and bug fixing.
✅ Implement deterministic verifiers that accept valid solutions and reject invalid ones.
🔍 Identify and resolve software bugs and system bottlenecks.
⚡ Work on performance optimization and scalable backend systems.
🔄 Refactor existing codebases and implement complex features.
🔐 Apply secure coding and cybersecurity principles where relevant.
🧪 Review and test solutions for correctness, reliability, and security.

🎯 Required Skills :-
Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C++ or similar.
Experience building scalable services and APIs.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Experience with automated testing.
Solid code review and software engineering practices.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures and computer science fundamentals.
Cybersecurity or SecOps experience is a strong plus.
Knowledge of secure coding, AppSec, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, OWASP/CWE or security-focused code reviews is preferred.

Proven experience in backend development with high-quality and performant projects.
Background in cybersecurity, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment or security code reviews.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve software bugs and system bottlenecks.
Experience with codebase refactoring and complex feature implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent technical communication skills.
