🚀 About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development and Workforce Strategy professionals to contribute to a project focused on elevating executive-level presentation materials.

You will use your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world business content. No prior AI experience is required — your HR and L&D expertise is what matters.

You will receive images of business slides related to HR, learning, talent development and organizational development and reconstruct and enhance them using Microsoft PowerPoint.

A key part of the role is documenting the improvements you make, as well as explaining which original elements you intentionally preserve and why.

📋 Scope of Work :-
🎨 Rebuild business slides from images using Microsoft PowerPoint, focusing on clarity, accuracy and professional design.
📊 Enhance content structure, data visualization, visual storytelling, and slide layouts for executive and client audiences.
✍️ Edit and refine slide content while preserving critical HR and L&D definitions, caveats and data accuracy.
📝 Document the rationale behind improvements and original elements intentionally retained.
🎯 Strengthen message hierarchy, supporting evidence, slide titles and exhibit selection.
📚 Work with diverse materials covering organization design, talent development, workforce planning, training and compensation & benefits.
🔍 Ensure presentations are factually accurate, visually clear and suitable for senior stakeholders.
⏱️ Complete assignments within an anticipated 1–2 hours, with project volume varying by sprint.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications :-
✅ 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Strategy or related fields.
💼 Strong experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
📊 Excellent skills in PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, data visualization, visual storytelling and business communication.
🧠 Strong understanding of HR and L&D concepts, terminology and business practices.
🔎 Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking and content-editing skills.
💡 Ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, design decisions and content choices clearly.
🚀 Ability to work independently in a project-based, sprint-driven environment.
🤖 Experience with AI data training, AI evaluation, rubric writing or content annotation is a plus but not required.
