About the Opportunity

We are looking for Hindi Language Experts / Hindi Transcription Experts to contribute to a high-impact project focused on AI training, language data and next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will use your Hindi language expertise, transcription skills, linguistic accuracy and attention to detail to create and improve high-quality language data used for AI model development.

No prior AI experience is required — strong domain knowledge and professional language expertise are the key requirements.

Key Responsibilities
🎧 Transcribe audio samples accurately, capturing Hindi and English speech with high precision.
✍️ Review, edit and proofread Hindi audio transcriptions to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, grammar, spelling and formatting.
🔍 Identify and correct transcription errors, ambiguities, inconsistencies and contextual inaccuracies.
🏷️ Annotate audio and language data with relevant metadata, labels, contextual information and linguistic notes.
📝 Handle Hindi-English bilingual / multilingual audio content while maintaining transcription quality.
📚 Follow detailed transcription guidelines, language standards, annotation protocols and project specifications.
🤝 Collaborate with project coordinators and linguistic teams to clarify guidelines and resolve transcription-related challenges.
🔄 Adapt to evolving project requirements, workflows and quality standards.
⏱️ Complete assignments within defined project timelines, milestones and quality benchmarks.
💡 Provide actionable feedback regarding transcription tools, workflows, language-specific challenges and data quality.
🧠 Contribute high-quality linguistic data for AI training, machine learning, speech recognition and language model development.

Required Qualifications
Native-level or near-native Hindi language proficiency.
Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi.
Strong comprehension of Hindi and English audio content.
Professional experience in audio transcription, speech transcription, language annotation or linguistic data creation.
Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, spelling, punctuation and linguistic conventions.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to identify accents, dialect variations, unclear speech, overlapping speech and contextual nuances.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transcription assignments.
Comfortable working with digital transcription platforms, annotation tools and online workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI training, data annotation, linguistic annotation, NLP, Natural Language Processing, speech data or machine learning projects.
Experience working on Hindi transcription, Hindi-English transcription, speech-to-text, audio annotation or language datasets.
Familiarity with AI/ML data collection and language model training workflows.
Experience with transcription software, annotation platforms, speech recognition tools or linguistic resource development.
Experience handling complex, conversational, technical or varied audio content.
Understanding of quality assurance (QA), data validation and linguistic quality control.
