FZTA is looking for highly skilled Competitive Coders to contribute their programming expertise to projects focused on improving next-generation AI systems.

🧠 You’ll use your competitive programming experience to design challenging environments that test an AI model’s ability to reason, solve complex problems, handle edge cases, and produce reliable solutions.

✨ No prior AI experience is required — your competitive programming expertise is what matters.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

🔹 Design unique competitive programming problems that are not available on existing online judges.
🔹 🧪 Create accurate reference solutions and comprehensive test suites.
🔹 ✅ Develop robust checkers/validators for problems with multiple valid outputs.
🔹 🔍 Analyze complex problem statements, constraints, and solution approaches.
🔹 💻 Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code.
🔹 🎯 Identify edge cases and ensure reliable output validation.
🔹 🤝 Collaborate remotely with reviewers and project teams to refine requirements.
🔹 📝 Document checker logic, assumptions, and important edge cases.
🔹 💡 Review and provide feedback on test cases, problem statements, and checker implementations.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

💻 Strong expertise in Competitive Programming.
⚡ Advanced proficiency in C++.
🧩 Excellent understanding of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving.
🧠 Strong analytical and debugging skills.
🔬 Ability to work with complex constraints and multiple valid solutions.
🎯 Excellent attention to detail.
🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
🌐 Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

⭐ Preferred Experience

🏆 Experience as a Problem Setter, Tester, Checker, or Competitive Programming Contributor on platforms such as Codeforces or similar competitive programming platforms is preferred.
