🔹 Key Responsibilities

📝 Design assessment tasks based on sociological concepts and theories.
📊 Develop clear, measurable, and academically rigorous rubrics.
🎯 Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy and relevant assessment frameworks.
🔍 Review educational materials and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
📖 Research and synthesize relevant sociological literature.
✅ Ensure content reflects academic rigor, accuracy, and current research.
📋 Document assessment criteria and the rationale behind task design.
🤝 Collaborate remotely with academic experts and project stakeholders.
🔄 Refine assessments and educational materials based on feedback.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

🎓 PhD or ABD in Sociology or a closely related discipline.
👩‍🏫 Postsecondary teaching and/or research experience.
📝 Experience developing assessments, assignments, or academic rubrics.
📊 Strong understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy and assessment principles.
📚 Excellent knowledge of sociological theories, concepts, and research methods.
🧠 Strong analytical and research skills.
🔎 Ability to evaluate academic work objectively and provide actionable feedback.
💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
