About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Lead Full Stack Software Engineers to contribute to an advanced AI Training Project focused on software development, technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture and code evaluation.

You’ll work across the complete application stack, developing and reviewing challenging engineering tasks and evaluating AI-generated code.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify and debug front-end and back-end applications
Build features, APIs, services and data models
Work with databases, authentication, integrations and application state
Understand unfamiliar codebases and system architectures
Diagnose complex software and deployment issues
Evaluate and improve code across multiple programming languages
Review AI-generated solutions for correctness, performance, security and maintainability
Translate full coding builds from one programming language to another

Required Qualifications
Strong professional experience in Full Stack Software Engineering
Hands-on expertise across front-end and back-end development
Production experience with multiple programming languages
Strong knowledge of web applications, APIs, databases and system integration
Experience with software architecture and debugging
Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar repositories
Strong technical problem-solving skills
