We’re looking for experienced Software Engineers to contribute to an advanced AI Evaluation & Training Project. Use your real-world engineering expertise to assess how effectively AI systems understand and respond to complex technical problems.

🤖 No prior AI experience required - your software engineering knowledge, critical thinking, and technical communication skills are what matter.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
Evaluate and compare AI-generated technical responses
Review code, documentation, API references, error messages & architecture explanations
Assess responses for technical accuracy, clarity, relevance, tone & usefulness
Identify subtle bugs, factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies and ambiguities
Assign quality scores and provide detailed written reasoning
Determine whether technical explanations are appropriate for their intended audience
Provide precise feedback to improve AI-generated technical content
Collaborate asynchronously with reviewers and project teams

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Professional experience as a Software Engineer / Software Developer
Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, software development & engineering practices
Excellent English communication and technical writing skills
Experience with code review, design review, technical documentation, APIs or technical specifications
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to independently evaluate complex technical information
Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, RLHF or AI training is a plus, but not required
