👨‍🏫 Role & Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and concept-focused classes for IIT-JEE Main & Advanced preparation.
Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities among students.
Explain complex concepts in a clear, structured and easy-to-understand manner.
Guide students effectively in their competitive examination preparation.
Maintain a high standard of teaching and classroom engagement.
Help students develop the confidence and skills required to perform well in IIT-JEE examinations.

2+ years of relevant teaching experience.
Strong command over IIT-JEE Main level concepts.
Excellent communication and explanation skills.

📝 Selection Process

Our selection process is designed to assess both subject expertise and teaching ability :-

Assessment of subject knowledge and IIT-JEE level understanding.

2️⃣ Demo Class
Evaluation of teaching methodology, conceptual clarity, communication, and student engagement.

💰 Compensation

₹12–15 LPA, based on experience and suitability for the role.
