📌 About the Opportunity

Facultyzone Talent Acquisition (FZTA) is looking for experienced finance and investment professionals to contribute their expertise to an advanced AI training and evaluation project.

The role involves applying real-world financial knowledge to assess AI-generated responses, strengthen financial reasoning, and improve model performance across investment and finance-related scenarios.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Evaluate AI model responses related to valuation, financial modelling, markets and investment analysis
✅ Develop expert-level financial prompts and reference answers
✅ Identify errors, weak reasoning, unrealistic assumptions and inconsistencies
✅ Review investment scenarios using practical industry knowledge
✅ Provide structured domain feedback to improve AI model performance
✅ Apply real-world experience from transactions, markets, and financial analysis

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

✅ 1+ year of professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Growth Equity or a legitimate finance-focused startup
✅ Experience within the last 7 years is preferred
✅ Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, markets and investment analysis
✅ Bachelor’s degree from a reputed/top-ranked university
✅ Excellent written and analytical communication skills in English
✅ Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking ability
✅ Ability to evaluate complex financial reasoning and assumptions
