Facultyzone Talent Acquisition (FZTA) is seeking highly proficient Hindi language specialists to participate in an advanced AI language and voice-interaction project. The role involves working with a next-generation AI assistant, performing natural, everyday tasks through voice and evaluating how effectively the system understands, processes and responds to bilingual instructions.

🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Bilingual Writer- Hindi, you will contribute to the development and evaluation of AI systems designed to understand authentic human communication.

You will interact with the AI through realistic voice-based scenarios, document linguistic outputs, assess response quality, and identify nuances related to meaning, intent, context, fluency and natural conversational behavior.

💼 Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct realistic voice-based interactions with an AI assistant using everyday Hindi and bilingual communication

✅ Create natural spoken prompts involving messages, emails, notes, documents, spreadsheets and other productivity workflows

✅ Provide voice instructions requiring the AI to execute multi-step actions, generate or transform content, summarize information, format text or work with structured data

✅ Accurately capture spoken queries and prepare polished, cleaned transcripts while preserving the original intent and meaning

✅ Evaluate AI-generated responses for linguistic accuracy, relevance, contextual understanding, instruction-following, completeness and naturalness

✅ Identify subtle language issues including awkward phrasing, incorrect interpretation, unnatural Hindi usage, translation inconsistencies and contextual errors

✅ Maintain detailed task records, evaluation notes, transcripts, ratings and supporting project documentation in structured tracking systems

✅ Upload and organize relevant recordings and project artifacts according to established quality and data-management guidelines

✅ Perform independent quality checks to ensure submitted linguistic data is accurate, consistent, complete and aligned with project requirements

🧠 IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should demonstrate :-

✅ Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi, preferably with strong familiarity with Indian Hindi usage

✅ Excellent understanding of spoken and written Hindi, including natural conversational expressions

✅ Strong working proficiency in English with the ability to understand detailed project instructions

✅ Exceptional attention to linguistic detail, grammar, semantics, context and intent

✅ Ability to distinguish between literal translations and naturally expressed Hindi

✅ Comfortable working with productivity applications such as email platforms, messaging applications, documents, spreadsheets and web browsers

✅ Strong data-entry, documentation, organization and quality-assurance capabilities

✅ Ability to independently follow complex workflows and consistently meet defined quality standards

💻 MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

⚠️ Candidates MUST own and have regular access to a Mac computer equipped with an Apple Silicon processor — M1, M2, or M3 — running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer.

The device will be required for project participation and technical setup.
