🌍 ABOUT THE ROLE

Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is looking for an experienced and passionate IBDP Mathematics Faculty to join our online teaching team. The selected educator will deliver engaging, concept-focused Mathematics sessions to Grades 11–12 learners following the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) curriculum.

This opportunity is ideal for educators who enjoy working with international learners, have strong subject expertise, and can make advanced mathematical concepts clear, interactive and easy to understand in a virtual classroom.

🧑‍🏫 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Conduct structured and engaging online Mathematics classes for IBDP Grades 11–12

✅ Deliver lessons aligned with the IBDP Mathematics curriculum

✅ Explain complex mathematical concepts using clear and student-friendly teaching methods

✅ Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

✅ Use digital teaching tools and interactive techniques to enhance the online learning experience

✅ Identify student learning gaps and provide appropriate academic guidance

✅ Encourage students to ask questions, participate actively and develop independent learning skills

✅ Track student progress and provide constructive academic feedback

✅ Prepare students to approach mathematical problems with accuracy, logic and confidence

🧑‍🏫 ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

✅ IBDP Certified Mathematics Faculty

✅ Minimum 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience

✅ Online teaching experience preferred

✅ Strong command of Mathematics at the senior-secondary/IBDP level

✅ Excellent English communication and presentation skills

✅ Ability to explain advanced concepts clearly and effectively

✅ Comfortable conducting interactive virtual classes

✅ Laptop

✅ Pen Tablet

✅ Stable Internet Connection

✅ Professional, reliable and committed approach towards online teaching
