🔎 ABOUT THE PROJECT

FZTA is looking for experienced Frontend / Full-Stack Web Developers to work on an AI training and evaluation project focused on assessing AI-generated frontend code.

You’ll compare real-world reference websites with AI-generated implementations and evaluate them for visual fidelity, code quality, responsiveness, structure, accessibility and genuine frontend engineering practices.

This is evaluation work - not authoring. Your ability to identify how a webpage was actually constructed and spot shortcuts or flawed implementations is the key skill.

🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Render reference websites and two candidate implementations at 1920×1080
• Compare visual fidelity state-by-state
• Evaluate box model, spacing, typography, colors, borders, images, assets, z-order and overflow
• Inspect HTML, CSS and JavaScript source code
• Identify hardcoded pixel offsets and inappropriate absolute positioning
• Evaluate DOM structure and layout implementation
• Test responsive behavior across different viewport sizes
• Analyze hover, click and scroll states
• Use Browser DevTools to inspect DOM elements and computed styles
• Identify screenshot-based or image-based implementations that imitate rather than rebuild a webpage
• Evaluate semantic HTML, accessibility, ARIA and heading hierarchy
• Write specific, evidence-based justifications for every preference

🧠 REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ 3–8 years of professional Web Development experience
✅ Strong Frontend or Full-Stack Development experience
✅ Advanced HTML5 & CSS3 knowledge
✅ Strong understanding of Flexbox, CSS Grid & Media Queries
✅ Experience with Responsive Web Design
✅ Strong JavaScript & DOM knowledge
✅ Proficiency with Browser DevTools
✅ Experience reading and evaluating source code
✅ Understanding of semantic HTML & accessibility
✅ Comfortable using command-line tools
✅ Ability to set up and run a local development environment
✅ Strong professional written English

🌐 MODERN + LEGACY WEB EXPERIENCE

You should be comfortable working across different web eras.

💻 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

You must have :-

• Desktop or laptop capable of displaying a 1920×1080 viewport
• Administrator rights on your own machine
• Ability to install and run a local static server
• Local development environment
• Command-line access for unzipping and running website archives

🎯 WHO IS A GREAT FIT?

This opportunity is ideal for practicing Web Developers who have strong frontend and UI instincts.

You should be able to look at a rendered webpage and reason about what is holding the layout together - before even opening DevTools.

Backend-only, ML/Data Science-only, Mobile-Native-only and DevOps-only profiles may not be suitable for this project.
