⏳ Working Hours :- 6 Hours/Day

📚 About the Role

FZTA is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Online English Mentors who can make English learning engaging, interactive and impactful for K-12 students.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English and enjoy helping young learners develop their grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation, fluency and communication skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online English classes to K-12 students.
Teach English grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, reading, writing and comprehension.
Help students improve spoken English, pronunciation, fluency and communication skills.
Conduct interactive activities to make learning fun and engaging.
Simplify grammar concepts and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner.
Encourage students to participate actively and communicate confidently.
Develop students' reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Create a positive, encouraging and interactive virtual classroom environment.
Ensure strong student engagement and meaningful learning outcomes.

✅ Eligibility & Skills

✔ Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Journalism, Literature, Communication or a related field.

✔ Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and communication.

✔ Excellent spoken and written English skills.

✔ Strong understanding of reading comprehension, sentence structure, tenses, parts of speech, punctuation and vocabulary building.

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔ Passion for teaching and working with K-12 students.

✔ Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring or training is preferred.

✔ Comfortable working in the US Shift (2:30 AM – 8:30 AM IST).
