Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to work on advanced software engineering initiatives involving modern application architectures, intelligent systems, APIs, evaluation frameworks and cloud-based platforms.

The role requires strong production engineering experience, the ability to work across multiple programming ecosystems and the capability to quickly understand evolving technical requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable software.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications, backend services, APIs and internal engineering tools.
Build solutions using technologies such as Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++ and TypeScript.
Integrate advanced APIs and intelligent system components into production-ready applications.
Develop supporting frameworks for testing, evaluation, monitoring, telemetry and system performance analysis.
Work across backend, frontend, database, and cloud infrastructure layers.
Investigate application, API, and system-level failures and document technical findings.
Rapidly prototype solutions and convert evolving requirements into functional software.
Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to improve architecture, maintainability, documentation and code quality.
Contribute to technical evaluations and performance validation of complex software systems.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying production-grade software.
Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the following :-
Python
Java
Rust
C#
C++
Working proficiency in a second programming language.
Practical full-stack development experience covering:
Backend services and APIs
React or a comparable modern frontend framework
Relational and/or document databases
Cloud deployment and infrastructure
Proven ability to understand unfamiliar codebases and become productive quickly.
Experience working on technically complex or rapidly evolving software projects.
Demonstrated professional growth and increasing technical responsibility.
Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
Excellent written communication and ability to clearly document technical decisions.
Availability to work 40 hours per week during weekdays.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in distributed systems, API integrations, cloud-native applications, developer platforms, intelligent applications, testing frameworks, observability or high-scale software environments will be highly relevant.
