🎯 YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Executive – UK & US Process, you will be responsible for engaging international customers, understanding their requirements, generating business opportunities and converting leads into sales.

🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📞 Handle Inbound & Outbound Sales for UK & US markets
🎯 Generate, qualify and convert sales leads
💬 Communicate with international customers through calls, email and other channels
🔍 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
💰 Drive revenue by achieving monthly sales targets & KPIs
🧠 Handle sales objections, negotiations and customer concerns
🔄 Conduct timely follow-ups and maximize conversion opportunities
📝 Maintain accurate CRM/customer records
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
📊 Track sales performance and contribute toward team targets

🏆 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1.5–2+ years of experience in International Sales
Experience in UK Sales / US Sales / International Calling / International BPO preferred
Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written
Strong sales, negotiation & persuasion skills
Excellent objection handling & closing skills
Experience in lead generation, lead conversion & follow-ups
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment
Willing to work in the 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST shift
