Role Overview
We are seeking experienced frontend professionals to support a specialized AI-generated web interface evaluation and reconstruction benchmarking program. The role involves analyzing reference websites alongside multiple AI-generated implementations and determining which implementation most accurately reproduces the original experience.
This is a technical evaluation role rather than a development/authoring position. You will assess visual fidelity, interaction behavior, responsive architecture, HTML/CSS quality, asset implementation and underlying source-code structure.
Key Responsibilities :-
Run reference websites and AI-generated implementations in a controlled local environment at a 1920×1080 viewport.
Compare multiple implementations against reference screenshots and interaction states.
Evaluate typography, spacing, dimensions, alignment, colors, borders, imagery, overflow, layering and positioning.
Inspect HTML, CSS and JavaScript to determine whether visual results are supported by sound implementation.
Identify excessive hardcoding, unnecessary absolute positioning, duplicated markup, inline-style dependency and other structural weaknesses.
Validate responsive behavior across alternative viewport dimensions and identify layout failures.
Examine hover, click, scroll and other interaction-driven states where applicable.
Assess asset usage and determine whether elements have been genuinely reconstructed rather than visually simulated.
Use browser DevTools to inspect DOM hierarchy, computed styles, event behavior and layout calculations.
Run static sites locally, troubleshoot relative asset paths and resolve basic environment issues.
Produce concise but technically specific evaluation rationales supported by observable implementation evidence.
Distinguish legitimate task defects from technically challenging but solvable evaluation cases.

Required Qualifications
3–8 years of professional frontend or full-stack web development experience.
Strong hands-on HTML and CSS expertise beyond component-library usage.
Practical experience with responsive web interfaces and browser-based debugging.
Ability to understand both modern and legacy web layouts.
Working knowledge of JavaScript and DOM manipulation.
Comfortable using command-line tools and local development environments.
Strong visual attention to spacing, typography and layout inconsistencies.
Ability to explain technical judgments clearly in professional written English.
Availability for contiguous 2–3 hour work sessions, as individual evaluation units are timed.
A personal desktop/laptop capable of displaying a 1920×1080 viewport.
Ability to install and operate local development tools/server environments.
Preferred Background
Preference will be given to professionals with experience in:
AI/ML evaluation or preference-labeling projects
RLHF or human-feedback workflows
Structured code-review programs
Design-to-code or pixel-perfect frontend implementation
Web scraping, archiving or DOM analysis
Accessibility and semantic web development
Design systems or large-scale UI implementation
Diagnosing common weaknesses in AI-generated frontend code
Important Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is intended specifically for practicing web developers with strong UI implementation skills.
Backend-only, DevOps-only, data-science-only and mobile-native profiles may not be suitable. Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to modern frameworks or component libraries, without substantial hands-on HTML/CSS knowledge, may also find the evaluation criteria challenging.
Prior completion of at least one professional project with the associated evaluation platform is required. New applicants without previous engagement history may not be eligible for onboarding.
