About the Role :-

We are looking for a data-driven professional who can bridge business intelligence, operations, CRM processes and revenue analytics. The role involves converting complex operational data into actionable insights, improving visibility across business processes and supporting data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :-

Optimize CRM workflows, data quality, reporting and operational processes.
Monitor pipeline health, performance trends, conversion metrics and key business indicators.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical frameworks.
Support forecasting using historical trends, predictive indicators and statistical analysis.
Analyze funnels, cohorts, productivity, quotas, incentives and revenue-related metrics.
Identify performance gaps, operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
Support implementation and adoption of CRM, reporting and business tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Handle ad-hoc analytical challenges involving KPIs, lead generation and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For :-
2–4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of modern CRM platforms and operational workflows.
Experience with CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows and data management.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
Strong analytical and business problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred :-
Advanced CRM expertise or relevant certification.
Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics or statistical modelling.
Exposure to quotas, incentives, KPI frameworks or performance analytics.
Cross-functional analytics experience across business functions.
