📚 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and student-focused Online English & Verbal Educator to teach students following the UK Curriculum, specifically from Year 3 to Year 6.

The ideal candidate should have strong command over English and verbal skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience creating engaging online learning experiences for young learners. The educator will be responsible for delivering interactive lessons that strengthen students’ English language, reading, comprehension, vocabulary, grammar and verbal reasoning skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive online English and Verbal classes for students from Year 3 to Year 6.
Deliver lessons aligned with the UK Curriculum and students’ learning requirements.
Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and verbal reasoning skills.
Explain English concepts in a simple, structured, and age-appropriate manner.
Encourage students to actively participate in discussions, activities, and classroom exercises.
Identify students’ strengths, learning gaps, and areas requiring additional support.
Adapt teaching methods and lesson delivery according to individual student needs.
Use engaging examples, activities, questions, and discussions to make lessons interactive.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
Maintain a positive, encouraging, and student-friendly online classroom environment.
Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate academic guidance.
Ensure classes are conducted professionally and punctually.

👩‍🏫 Candidate Requirements
Strong command of the English language.
Good understanding of English and Verbal concepts relevant to Year 3–Year 6 students.
Prior experience teaching or tutoring school-age students is preferred.
Familiarity with the UK Curriculum is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
Strong classroom engagement and student-handling skills.
Comfortable conducting classes through online platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.
Willingness to commit to a minimum of 4 hours per day during the specified shift.
