📚 Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced and passionate Online English Educator to teach students following the Australian Curriculum, covering K6 to K9. The role involves conducting engaging, interactive online English classes and supporting students in developing strong language, reading, writing, grammar, comprehension and communication skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, interactive online English classes for students from K6 to K9.
Follow the Australian Curriculum and align lessons with the required learning outcomes.
Prepare structured and engaging lesson plans based on students’ academic levels.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension and communication skills.
Use engaging teaching methods and activities to maintain student participation.
Identify individual learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt teaching strategies according to different learning abilities and requirements.
Maintain a professional and positive online learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students and, when required, parents regarding academic progress.

✅ Candidate Requirements
Strong subject knowledge in English.
Familiarity with the Australian Curriculum is required.
Prior experience teaching English to school-level students is preferred.
Experience in online teaching/tutoring will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students in an online classroom.
Comfortable teaching students from K6 to K9.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the required schedule.
Must be comfortable working for a minimum of 4 hours per day and 25 days per month.

💻 Mandatory Technical Requirements

The candidate must have :-

Laptop/Desktop suitable for conducting online classes.
Pen Tablet for writing, explaining, and teaching concepts digitally.
Stable and reliable Wi-Fi/Internet connection.
A suitable, quiet environment for conducting online classes.

⏰ Availability

Candidates must be available within the 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST time window and commit to a minimum of 4 teaching hours per day for 25 days per month.

💰 Compensation

₹350–₹400 per hour, depending on experience, subject expertise and teaching proficiency.
