Online English Educator – UAE Curriculum

📚 Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Online English Educator to teach students from Kindergarten 1 to Grade 10 following CBSE, IGCSE and IB curricula for learners based in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong English subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging, interactive online classes tailored to different age groups and curriculum requirements.

Location:- Remote / Online

Grades :- K1 to Grade 10
Working Hours :- 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Remuneration :- ₹250–₹275 per hour

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive online English classes for students from K1 to Grade 10.
Deliver lessons aligned with CBSE, IGCSE and IB curriculum requirements.
Adapt teaching methods according to students’ age, grade level, learning ability and curriculum.
Develop students’ skills in grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension and communication.
Use appropriate digital teaching tools and resources to make online learning effective.
Encourage students to participate actively and develop confidence in using English.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Identify individual learning gaps and provide additional support where required.
Maintain a positive, structured, and student-friendly virtual classroom environment.
Communicate professionally with students and, when required, parents regarding learning progress.

✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education or a relevant field.
Prior experience teaching English to school-level students.
Experience with CBSE, IGCSE, and/or IB curriculum is preferred.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach students across different age groups, from K1 to Grade 10.
Comfortable conducting live online classes.
Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
Good internet connectivity, laptop and pentab.

Experience teaching students from the UAE or international backgrounds.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning resources.
Ability to create engaging activities, worksheets and lesson plans.
Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centric approach.
Ability to adjust teaching strategies based on individual student needs.
