🧠 YOUR IMPACT

You’ll apply your server-side development expertise to help create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test an AI model’s ability to solve real-world backend software problems.

Your work will help AI systems learn from high-quality, real-world technical input.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Write clear, high-quality backend code and code samples
Develop and improve APIs, database logic and backend features
Debug backend issues, identify root causes and implement clean fixes
Troubleshoot data handling and performance bottlenecks
Improve existing backend code and database queries for clarity, efficiency and reliability
Build small-to-medium features while following good coding practices
Create reproducible environments and golden-reference solutions
Document your reasoning, approach and code decisions to support AI training data quality
Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness and clarity
Work across different codebases and confidently pick up unfamiliar systems

💻 REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Hands-on experience with at least one of the following :-

Python | Java | Go | Rust | C++ | TypeScript

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of hands-on experience in at least one listed programming language
Strong understanding of API design, databases and core data structures
Ability to debug backend issues, find root causes and fix them cleanly
Comfortable working across different codebases and unfamiliar systems
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to clearly explain technical decisions
Interest in or curiosity about AI and its technical challenges
Previous AI experience is NOT required
