💡 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI models on real-world software engineering problems.
Build golden/reference solutions and reproducible environments for coding tasks.
Contribute high-quality code samples, debugging approaches and development insights.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and logic errors across different codebases.
Build small to medium-sized software features following clean coding practices.
Clean up and improve existing code for readability, reliability and maintainability.
Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness and clarity.
Document your reasoning, approach, and coding decisions to support AI training data quality.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year of professional software development experience in at least one of :-
Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript
Strong understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Software Engineering fundamentals.
Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working across different codebases and learning unfamiliar code quickly.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
Strong technical communication skills and ability to explain coding decisions clearly.
Curiosity about AI, AI systems, and technical challenges is a plus.
Previous AI experience is NOT required.
